HOW TO
Make Mexican Carne Asada.

A hot grill (or pan), good meat and couple of limes are all it takes to
turn out deliciously authentic Mexican steak.

Carne Asada recipe.
     
  Prepare Mexican Carne Asada meat for frying.

1. Sprinkle salt on both sides of the meat. Set aside.

 

 
       
  Fry the steak for Mexican Carne Asada. 2. Heat a grill or dry, heavy-bottomed skillet over a medium-high flame and lightly brown the steak for 45–50 seconds on one side. Adjust the heat as needed to prevent burning.  
       
  Finish frying the steak for Mexican Carne Asada. 3. Flip the steak and cook for approximately 30–60 seconds on the second side.  
       
  Squeeze lime juice over the cooked steak for Mexican Carne Asada. 4. Squeeze lime juice over the meat.  
       
  Plate the Mexican Carne with extra limes. 5. Serve with extra limes and your favorite salsa.
