Brie with California Pistachio Nuts Recipe
This quick simple presentation breaks Brie out of the ordinary. Try exploring the same idea with lightly toasted pine nuts or a colorful mixture of chopped dried fruits.
Serves One 8-ounce Brie cheese—Approximately 12 portions.
||Rouge et Noir Brie cheese, room temperature
||finely chopped California pistachios
||Crackers or bread
- Slice the Brie in half horizontally.
- Press half of the pistachios onto one of the cut surfaces.
- Place the together and cover the top of the Brie with the remaining pistachios.
- Serve wiith crackers or bread.
