This classic cocktail first rose to popularity in the 70’s. Although opinions vary, some claim that it is named for Harvey, a California surfer who walked into walls after downing one too many.

Ingredients
Serves 1
2 ounces vodka
6 ounces orange juice
~   ice cubes
1/2 ounce Galliano liquor
 
 
Directions 
 
  1. Pour the vodka and orange juice over ice and stir well.
  2. Float the Galliano over the top of the drink.

 

  

Preparation time: Several minutes.
