Tropical Drink

All it takes is a blender, some rum, and a little fruit juice to create your own tropical paradise! Swimsuits optional.

Recommended glass: Collins

Ingredients
Serves 1
~   ice cubes
2 ounces gold rum
2 ounces cream of coconut
4 ounces canned pineapple juice
1   pineapple stick for decoration
1   Maaaraschino cherry for decoration
 
 
Directions 
 

1. Chill the glass in the refrigerator, or fill it with ice for several minutes, then discard the ice.

2. Place the cracked ice, rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. You may also put the ingredients in a blender and process until you have a slushy consistency.

3. Pour into a glass and decorate with a pineapple stick and a Maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
