This classic cocktail showcases Drambuie, a golden, whiskey-based liqueur sweetened with heather honey.

Recommended glass: Old-Fashioned

Ingredients

Serves 1

1 1/2	ounces	scotch
3/4	ounce	Drambuie
~		ice cubes

Directions

Chill the glass in the refrigerator, or fill it with ice for several minutes to chill, then discard the ice.
Pour the scotch into the glass.
Gently pour the Drambuie in, allowing it to float over the scotch.
Add several ice cubes and serve.
