I learned about this drink from my daughter, who admitted to having “chugged” one or two among friends at a local sushi restaurant. Don’t knock it ‘til you’ve tried it!

Recommended glass:

Ingredients
Serves 1
1 pint beer
1 1/2 ounces sake
     
     
     
 
 
Directions 
 

1. Pour the beer into a chilled glass.

2. Pour the sake into a shot glass and drop it into the center of the beer—glass and all!

3. Drink immediately.

 

  

Preparation time: Several minutes.
