Tiziano
Italian Cocktail Recipe
I love to mix this up in a big pitcher for parties. Don’t fuss with measuring to the ounce— just combine roughly one part juice and three parts Prosecco, toss in a few lemon slices, grab your prettiest stemware and enjoy!
Directions  Print recipe    Email to a friend
Ingredients
Serves 1
1 1/2 ounces Concord grape juice
4 1/2 ounces Prosecco*
1 thin lemon slice
~   mint

* Procecco is a sparkling wine from the Italian region near Treviso, much like dry French champagne. If Prosecco is unavailable, substitute dry champagne like Brut.

Directions

  1. Chill the glass in the refrigerator, or fill it with ice for several minutes, then discard the ice.
  2. Pour the grape juice and Prosecco in to a glass, stir, and decorate with a lemon slice and mint.

Preparation time: Several minutes.
