Cranberry Sauce with Blueberries and Orange
Recipe
Although this easy, fruity sauce is perfect with turkey, you don’t have to save it just for Thanksgiving—it’s scrumptious on ham or roast pork, too.

Ingredients
Serves 2 cups
1 10-ounce bag cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 12-ounce bag frozen blueberries, thawed
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh orange juice concentrate

Directions

1. Pour the cranberries into a large saucepan and add the water and sugar.

2. Turn the heat to medium-high and stir until the sugar melts and the berries begin popping.

3. Add the blueberries and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to a rolling simmer (just below boiling) and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Remove from the heat, stir in the orange juice concentrate, transfer to a heat-resistant bowl, and cool to room temperature.
