Roasted pumpkin seeds are delicious—quick and easy to prepare—and nutritious.

Gather up all the seeds and pumpkin goop from carving jack-o'-lanterns and roasting baking pumpkins and store them in a large Ziplock bag. Refrigerate until ready-to-use, or up to two weeks.
