Beautifully soft
Mozzarella
is often difficult to cut uniformly so I've taken to using my egg slicer for the job. It's much quicker without all the fuss.
1. Fresh
Mozzarella
comes in various, non-uniform sizes. Check yours against the egg slicer. If it is too large, cut the ends off so it will fit. .
2. Place the cheese into the slicer and slowly pull the wire cutters through it. You may have to jiggle it a bit to keep it moving through.
3. Check to see if the Mozzarella cleared the wire cutters completely—Give it a gently push if required.
4.) Voila—Perfectly sliced Mozzarella cheese!
