Make Mexican Tacos de Chorizo

Spicy chorizo sausage is a staple in Mexican cooking. These tacos are simple and packed with flavor. Tacos de Chorizo are easy to prepare and make great quick meals and snacks.

  1. Remove the casings from the sausage and crumble the meat.

2. Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat and brown the meat for approximately 5–6 minutes. Adjust the heat as needed to prevent burning.

Drain any excess fat from the sausage.

 
       
    3. Sprinkle the meat with lime juice and toss. Remove from the pan and set aside.
