COPIA
Now celebrating its fifth anniversary, COPIA is the wine country’s premiere destination for all things culinary. In addition to inspiring gallery displays and vast organic gardens, COPIA offers classes, workshops, musical performances and other cultural events throughout the year—all dedicated to the celebration of food, wine and the arts. The center was founded by winemaker Robert Mondavi, and today draws professional chefs, authors, farmers, artisans—and of course passionate home cooks—from all around the world.
