
Spectacular in both flavor and color—and incredibly easy to prepare. Pile this on for the ultimate turkey or ham sandwich.



12 | ounces | fresh or frozen cranberries |
2 | large | shallots, peeled, root ends trimmed, and quartered |
1/2 | cup | sugar |
1/2 | cup | sour cream |
3 | tablespoons | prepared horseradish |
~ | Freshly ground black pepper to taste | |
~ | Kosher salt to taste |

- In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cranberries, shallots and sugar and pulse to coarsely chop.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the sour cream, horseradish and salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate relish for at least one hour before serving.
