A true snack classic for good reason: cheesy, creamy, zesty… and absolutely impossible to stop eating.
2 | 14-ounce cans | artichokes, drained |
8 | ounces | softened cream cheese |
1 | cup | best-quality mayonnaise |
1/2 | teaspoon | salt |
1/2 | teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper |
3 | green onions, chopped | |
1 | cup | grated parmesan cheese |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine half the artichokes, the cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper in the bowl of a food processor and process until almost smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
- Cut the remaining artichokes into bite-sized pieces and stir into the mixture.
- Stir in the green onions and parmesan cheese.
- Adjust the seasonings to your taste.

Place on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake until just bubbling—approximately 15 minutes. Do not overcook.
