Hot Artichoke Dip

A true snack classic for good reason: cheesy, creamy, zesty… and absolutely impossible to stop eating.

Serves 4
2 14-ounce cans artichokes, drained
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup best-quality mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup grated parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  1. Combine half the artichokes, the cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper in the bowl of a food processor and process until almost smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Cut the remaining artichokes into bite-sized pieces and stir into the mixture.
  4. Stir in the green onions and parmesan cheese.
  5. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.
  6. Place on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake until just bubbling—approximately 15 minutes. Do not overcook.
