
When you reach for the bubbly, think pink—and turn an ordinary toast into a sublime celebration!
  
							| 1 | ounce | Crème de Cassis | 
| 3 | ounces | dry champagne | 
1. Chill the glasses, champagne, and Crème de Cassis.
2. Pour the Crème de Cassis into a champagne flute.
3. Fill the flute with dry champagne.
4. Don’t stir—leave the two to “mingle”.
NOTE: For a less formal Kir, replace the champagne with a good quality dry white wine.
