
This recipe reflects the classic martini ratio of gin to vermouth. Feel free to adjust the balance to suit your taste.
Recommended glass: Martini

| 1 1/2 | ounces | gin |
| 1/4 | ounce | dry vermouth |
| ~ | large olive or lemon peel for garnish | |
1. Chill the glass in the refrigerator, or fill it with ice for several minutes, then discard the ice.
