|1/2||bunch||cilantro leaves and tender young stems, roughly chopped*|
|1/3||cup||freshly squeezed lime juice**|
|1||whole||jalapeño pepper, seeds and ribs removed; finely chopped|
*Use the leaves and tender stems, not the thicker stems.
