1/2 | cup | unsalted peanut butter |
1/3 | cup | unsweetened coconut milk |
3 | tablespoons | soy sauce |
2 | tablespoons | freshly squeezed lime juice |
2 | teaspoons | brown sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Sriracha sauce* |
3 | tablespoons | cilantro, chopped |
*Sriracha sauce is a Thai hot sauce made from chilies, garlic, distilled vinegar, sugar and salt. You’ll find it in many supermarkets or Asian markets. If unavailable in your area, use two finely minced Thai chilies for the heat.
