2 cups seeded chopped tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
3 Serrano chiles, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, torn
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  1. Place the tomatoes, onion, chiles, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a spacious bowl and mix well.
  2. Serve immediately. Do not refrigerate, or the tomatoes lose flavor.
