
The gin fizz is playful, yet all grown up. Make sure to serve it icy cold.



~ | ice cubes | |
1 | lemon, juiced | |
1 | teaspoon | powdered sugar or Simple Syrup |
3 | ounces | gin |
~ | club soda | |
l | lemon slice for decoration | |
1 | maraschino cherry |
1. Place the lemon juice, sugar, and gin in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; Shake well.
2. Strain the mixture into a glass and add enough club soda to produce a good fizz.
3. Spear the lemon slice and maraschino cherry and place across the glass. Serve immediately.
