Like a creamsicle all grown up, the Ramos Fizz is a fantastically festive summertime party drink.

Ingredients

~ ice cubes
2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
2 ounces cream*
1/2 teaspoon orange flower water**
* Substitute half-and-half if the cream is not available.**Find orange flower water in your local liquor store or supermarket.
Directions

1. Pour the gin, Cointreau, lime and lemon juices, Simple Syrup, cream, and orange flower water into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well.

2. Strain in to a glass and serve immediately.
