This sweet, refreshing lime drink—similar to our lemonade – is popular in India during very hot weather. Fresh lime slices make a nice garnish.

Ingredients

2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
3 1/2 cups water
2+ cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1. Pour the lime juice, water, sugar, and salt into a pitcher and stir.

2. Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
