Everyone’s got their favorite bread for this comforting classic. Some swear by squishy white slices, others prefer English muffins. I’ve found that nothing beats the crusty crunch of a good French batard.

1 recipe cinnamon sugar
~ butter
2 slices bread


Directions

 

  1. Slice and toast the bread.
  2. Slather with butter and sprinkle on as much cinnamon-sugar as you want—No one is watching and you have permission to indulge!
