
Cranberry and Horseradish Relish Recipe
Spectacular in both flavor and color—and incredibly easy to prepare. Pile this on for the ultimate turkey or ham sandwich.
Ingredients
| 12 | ounces | fresh or frozen cranberries |
| 2 | large | shallots, peeled, root ends trimmed, and quartered |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | sour cream |
| 3 | tablespoons | prepared horseradish |
| ~ | Freshly ground black pepper to taste | |
| ~ | Kosher salt to taste |

Directions
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cranberries, shallots and sugar and pulse to coarsely chop.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the sour cream, horseradish and salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate relish for at least one hour before serving.
Preparation Time:
Several minutes plus one hour minimum downtime.
