2 | ripe mangos, diced | |
1 | small | fresh pineapple, cored, peeled, and diced |
1/2 | small | red onion, minced |
2 | serrano chiles, minced | |
2 | tablespoons | freshly squeezed lime juice |
1/2 | teaspoon | salt |
1/3 | cup | chopped cilantro |
- Combine the mangos, pineapple, onion, chilies and lime juice in a spacious bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
- Add the salt and cilantro and mix well.
