Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

*Cream cheese must be brought to room temperature or the frosting will be lumpy. Allow it to sit out for 8 hours, or overnight, before using. |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to cream butter and cream cheese.
- On low speed, add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest.
- Increase the speed and beat until light and fluffy.
