Ingredients

3 cups whole seedless green grapes
8 ounces good quality blue cheese, coarsely crumbled
1 cup diced jicama
3 scallions, white and green parts, minced
Directions
  1. Place the grapes, blue cheese, jicama and scallions in a spacious bowl. Toss lightly to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
  4. Serve.
