The only thing better than spaghetti and meatballs for dinner is a big meatball sandwich the next day. Add great friends on the couch and good sports on TV, and you’re set for a perfect afternoon.
1 | French roll, sliced in half | |
1/3 | cup | tomato sauce |
3 | 2-inch | meatballs, halved |
1 | ounce | Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated |
3 | whole | pepperoncini chilies |
1. Split the French roll and generously slather both sides with the sauce.
2. Place the meatballs on the lower half, top with the cheese and whole pepperoncinies .
3. Place the remaining bun on top and microwave the sandwich for 45 seconds on high—or until the cheese melts.
4. Serve immediately
