olive oil | ||
1/4 | cup | butter |
to taste | salt | |
to taste | pepper | |

1. Rub each ear of corn with olive oil and place on a hot grill. Turn the corn in several minutes—You want grill marks.
2. Remove from the grill and butter generously.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cut the limes in to quarters and spritz each ear of corn.
5. Serve hot or at room temperature.
