Mimosa
Brunch Drink Recipe

Save your best champagne for a special occasion, and use everyday bubbly for mimosas. Don’t scrimp on the juice, though—the more freshly squeezed the better!

Ingredients

~ ice cubes
2 ounces champagne , chilled
2 ounces fresh orange juice, chilled
Directions

1. Fill the glass half-full with ice cubes.

2. Pour the chilled champagne in to the glass.

3. Add the orange juice.

4. Stir well and serve.

 

Preparation Time: 
Several minutes.
