Graham Cracker Crust

Classic graham cracker crust takes minutes to make and is the ideal partner for lots of luscious fillings, from cheesecake to chocolate.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly against the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. Bake the preheated oven for 8–9 minutes.
  4. Remove and cool completely before filling.
