Vegetarian Lavosh Sandwich

Consider this recipe a starting point for your own delicious salad-in-a-wrap creations. Just spread a round of lavosh bread (or a jumbo tortilla) with flavorful dressing, then let your imagination run wild!

1 10-inch lavosh bread, or a jumbo flour tortilla
1 ½–2 tablespoons thousand island dressing
2–3 leaves leafy green lettuce
4–5 thin slices tomato
1–2 thin slices red onion
1/2 sliced avocado
~ salt
~ freshly ground black pepper
  1. Lay the bread on a flat working surface and cover with a light coat of Thousand Island dressing.
  2. Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and avocado evenly over top of the bread. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Firmly roll up the sandwich, set it seam-side down on a cutting board, and slice into sections.
  4. Arrange on a plate and serve.

Several minutes with prepped ingredients and pre-made dressing.
