Chocolate Sauce

A bit of corn syrup makes classic ganache even more supple in texture—ideal for pouring over ice cream or other desserts.

Ingredients

1/2 recipe Basic Ganache, warmed to a pourable consistency
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 tablespoon brandy (optional)
Directions
  1. Whisk corn syrup and brandy into the warm ganache.
  2. Keep warm until ready to serve. Or store, covered, in the fridge and reheat when ready to use.
